Ryan Reynolds is currently filming the comic book adaptation of R.I.P.D. with Jeff Bridges. Reynolds has also been Hannibal King in Blade Trinity, Hal Jordan in Green Lantern and Wade Wilson in X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
He certainly likes his comic book movies. It is the latter role which is of the most interest as he was the shining light in the mess that was the Wolvie movie.
Wade Wilson is usually known as Deadpool in the comic book world and Ryan Reynolds is still attached to play the character in the Deadpool movie. There is still no word on when, if ever, the film gets made.
While we wait this fan made trailer can give us a little taster of what to expect.
It is worth watching just for the opening scene. After that it gets a little all over the place but I suppose that fits in with the character.
