Word on the street is that the sixth and seventh movies in The Fast and the Furious, Fast and Furious, Fast/Furious or what ever you want to call them will shoot back to back.
Fast 5 made an incredible amount of money and Universal pictures are planning on shooting the next two movies back to back in Europe during 2012. Vin Diesel and Paul Walker will be back and I assume The Rock will be return.
Justin Lin is also back to direct the films and this back to back news would explain why he had to bow out of Terminator 5.
Twitch have heard that Jason Statham is in early talks to join the team. The Stath is perfect for this kind of movie and I could even see his Transporter character being transplanted into the film. That’s just my thought on it.
