Smallville’s Erica Durance dressed up as Wonder Woman on that show. She does it again on an upcoming episode of Harry’s Law.
The costume appears to be the same as the one from the cancelled TV show that starred Adrianne Palicki as WW.
David E Kelly wrote the Wonder Woman TV show and also Harry’s Law which stars Kathy Bates. It looks as if he wanted to make sure Wonder Woman got to be seen on the small screen.
Erica does fill the costume very well. Her character in the show is a mentally unbalanced woman who thinks she really is Wonder Woman.
